SERVICE NOTES:
No surprises. Upon completion of the inspection, you will be called with an estimate for any additional parts or repairs required to complete your machine tune-up.
Labour and regular inspection parts included. Additional parts may be extra. All work to be completed in shop. Taxes, pickup and delivery charges are not included. Attachments and implements are sold separately. Prices are subject to change without notice at any time.
20-Point Tune & Trim Inspection for Riding Lawn Equipment Includes:
1. Test starting system
2. Check all safety switch systems
3. Check transmission oil level and operation
4. Check brake and steering operation
5. Remove mower deck and clean underside
6. Check condition of belts, pulleys and spindles
7. Sharpen mower blades
8. Replace fuel filter (parts included)
9. Clean air filter
10. Lubricate throttle and choke cables
11. Replace spark plugs (parts included)
12. Change engine oil and filter (parts included)
13. Lubricate all grease fittings
14. Check tire pressure, adjust to specifications
15. Clean battery cable connections
16. Load test and charge up battery
17. Test charging circuit
18. Re-install mower deck and level
19. Check mower drive engagement system
20. Adjust carburetor and engine RPM
